Private Client Associates / Admin Support - (PCAs) are responsible for providing personalized, high-touch service to Private Wealth clients for day-to-day needs. Private Client Associates work with wealth advisors and investment managers to resolve client needs daily. The Private Client Associates have direct client interaction on a daily basis. Private Client Associates provide resources to the advisors for the sales and review processes and support all client requests related to all aspects of the relationship with Citizens while ensuring the highest level of client service. 

Primary responsibilities include

  • Responsible for supporting On-Boarding new client relationships, new account applications, and meeting AML requirements
  • Works along with the teams advisors and specialized team members to resolve daily client needs
  • Provides resources to advisors for the sales process, development of pitch books, performance books, and other client and prospect needs

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel (templates and creation)
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and consistently deliver a high-quality product
  • Must be able to work productively, independently and as a member of a group
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Analytical, self-starter
  • Must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in financial services a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F
