Physician Recruiter

Duties & Responsibilities

• Utilize an extensive database to source and develop an active network of physicians for nationwide locum tenens and permanent opportunities
• Effectively communicate and prequalify physicians for short-term assignments or permanent opportunities
• Able to work in a supportive team and contribute to an experienced team in a collaborative environment
• Engage in ongoing training to develop the most valuable skill set in a dynamic industry

Desired Experience and Work Ethic

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Previous staffing experience or relevant customer service / sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
• Continuous on the job training
• The ideal candidate will be positive, driven, fun, competitive, innovative, and self-motivated
