Job Description

Responsibilities:
•Sourcing physicians across the USA using social media techniques.
•Negotiate and place Physicians into healthcare facilities by matching candidate's background to
temporary job requirements
•Communicate with physicians via cold call (around 100 calls daily), email marketing, and text to
gage their interests in job opportunities.
•Network and develop lasting relationships with physicians and healthcare providers to grow your
book of business.
•Exceed your monthly goals in a fast paced inside sales environment.
•Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
•Build relationships with Health providers and help them find the talent they require

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree required.
•Minimum of 1-year work experience in sales, customer service, or leadership (Will consider
organizational involvement: student athlete, clubs, military, community involvement).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong sense of urgency, driven, and must enjoy working in a fast pace environment.
•Be open to coaching and training to ensure success
•Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
by our company for this position now or in the futur Hayes Locums
