Tenet Healthcare is actively seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a thriving private women’s health practice in Tucson, Arizona . This is a rare opportunity to step into a busy, established group where patient relationships and individualized care are at the heart of everything.

• General OB/GYN role with flexibility to shape your own clinical and surgical style
• Clinic conveniently located on the campus of St. Joseph’s Hospital
• Work/life balance with a 4-day clinic / 1-day surgery schedule
• Call schedule: 1:4 – shared among supportive peers
• Follow your own deliveries – continuity of care encouraged
• Volume:
• ~30–35 patients per clinic day
• ~10–15 deliveries per month
• Modern tools & tech:
• Access to Da Vinci Xi robotic surgery platform
• Support from on-site Laborist program for seamless inpatient care

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Passion for comprehensive women's care and a desire to build long-term patient relationships

• Established referral base with a strong local reputation
• Practice autonomy backed by administrative support
