Community-based health system in northern Illinois is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a large, well-established employed medical group in Rockford, Illinois. The group includes more than 350 employed providers and over 100 primary care physicians, with a long history of serving the region for more than a century. The organization is mission-driven, focused on building a stronger, healthier community through high-quality primary care.
Practice detailsOutpatient, community-based family medicine practice with strong primary care infrastructure.
Large, multi-specialty employed group with access to a wide range of specialists and subspecialists.
Full-service hospital support, including dedicated womens and childrens services and advanced cardiac services.
Excellent tertiary specialty support through academic partners.
Flexible full-time and part-time practice options available.
Academic and teaching opportunities with the local college of medicine and family medicine residency program, including work with medical students and residents.
MD or DO.
Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain prior to start.
Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to or upon hire.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; board certification required within 5 years of eligibility.
Current CPR certification preferred.
Competitive salary guarantee, commensurate with experience.
Salary range: approximately $283,693 " $302,415.
