Job Title: Physician

Travel: N/A

Location: Natchez, MS

Duties:

• The applicant is responsible for the provision of covered services to enrolled and unassigned patients presenting for care, providing health care commensurate to the PCP’s licensure and clinical privileges or scope of practice.
• The applicant will be ensuring the patient’s care plan which contains medical recommendations for clinically indicated care, offering clinically indicated health care services to patients
• The applicant is responsible for reviewing performance data with the team, and focusing on continuous improvement of critical team processes.

Qualification:

• The applicant shall demonstrate evidence of education, training, and experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.

Education/ Experience :

• The applicant shall be a licensed Physician in the state of Mississippi.
• The applicant shall be board certified by the ABMS in Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice or the BOS in Internal Medicine.
