Job Description

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to join us at our plasma center located in Maryville, TN. This position is full-time, offering wonderful benefits that start on day one!

• Excellent phlebotomy skills required.
• Two (2) years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Two (2) years of successful supervisory experience in a medical setting required. Experience should include managing staff schedules and addressing performance issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience operating an automated blood collection equipment required.
• Ability to problem solve and respond quickly to challenging situations.
• Must be available via phone during working hours to respond to staff and management inquiries.
• Ability to drive for extended periods, four (4) hours at a time.
• Ability to drive or fly to company/industry meetings or training as determined by supervisor.
• Occupational Exposure to blood borne pathogens.
