Position Summary:

Tranquil Trails Travel is seeking a Personal Travel Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a dedicated assistant to clients, providing personalized travel planning and coordination services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for clients, assisting with all aspects of travel planning and coordination.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, tailored to meet each client's preferences and needs.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.
  • Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.
  • Maintain organized records of travel itineraries, preferences, and client information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Anticipate and address any issues or concerns that may arise during travel, providing prompt assistance and creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout their travel experiences, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience.
