Hiring Part-Time Personal Assistant/Liaison (Work From Home)

Position: Part-Time Personal Assistant/Liaison (Remote)

Hours: 20 hours per week

Compensation: $250 - $350 per week

Location: Work from home (Remote)

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a flexible part-time, work-from-home opportunity? We are seeking a motivated Personal Assistant/Liaison to join our team remotely and support with various administrative and communication tasks

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound phone calls
• Upload booked calls and other information into our CRM system
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
• Handle email correspondence and follow-ups
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support project management

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (phone and email)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (or a willingness to learn)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficient with basic office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
• A high level of discretion and professionalism
• Reliable internet connection and phone access
