What Youll Do

Recruiting Coordination

• Partner with our technical recruiters to schedule and manage interviews across global time zones.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring data with precision and speed.
• Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
• Assist in sourcing and posting jobs across platforms to reach top talent.

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Prepare offer letters, NDAs, and background check documents.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, introductions, and new?hire logistics.
• Support offboarding workflows, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain up?to?date employee records and HR databases.
• Support HR compliance documentation and internal audits (PEO, payroll, benefits, etc.).
• Assist in policy updates and process optimization for HR efficiency.

Culture & People Experience

• Help design and execute employee engagement programs and recognition events.
• Support internal communication and HR announcements on Slack and Feishu.
• Contribute ideas to make Meshy a more inspiring and connected workplace.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing one) in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
• Smart, detail?oriented, and relentlessly curious you love figuring things out.
• Strong ownership mindset you dont wait for instructions; you make things happen.
• Excellent communication and problem?solving skills.li>
  
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast?paced startup environment.
• Prior experience with HR tools (Greenhouse, Gusto, Lark/Feishu) is a plus.
