KidTherapy is looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team! We are a pediatric outpatient clinic serving clients with a variety of diagnoses. We are looking for both employees and independent contractors. You can work as few or as many hours as you would like in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment! We have a fun-loving supportive atmosphere perfect for those new to the field as well as veterans of the practice. • Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' independence in daily activities, mobility, and functional skills
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
• Stay on top of current research and best practices in occupational therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• CPR certification and other relevant credentials as required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

About Company: Kidtherapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic that is therapist-owned and managed. We do only clinic-based services and a small amount of teletherapy. KidTherapy's pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped space. We offer two sensory gyms, an orthopedic gym, and four private treatment rooms. It is the mission of KidTherapy to provide the highest quality integrated therapeutic services through individualized, compassionate, reliable, and professional treatment specifically tailored to best fit each patient and their family's specific needs and goals.
