Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Independent Outside Sales Representative to spearhead growth in a new geographic area. You’ll be responsible for building and managing your own book of business, developing relationships with contractors, industrial, and municipal clients, and representing our products with confidence and technical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and users
Conduct demonstrations and provide technical product information
Represent our brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits
Track sales activity and customer feedback to optimize territory performance
Collaborate with company leadership to provide market insight and contribute to sales strategies
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, municipal, or manufacturing sectors
Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Comfortable with commission-based compensation
Existing network in relevant industries is a strong plus
