BLS/ACLS certification Soft Skills: Multidisciplinary leadership, compassionate cancer care Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced surgical oncology procedures, including thyroid cancer, parotidectomy, skull base surgery, and free flap reconstruction. Provide both inpatient and outpatient ENT oncology services. Ensure timely follow-up, documentation, and care coordination. Participate in tumor boards, case reviews, and morbidity/mortality conferences.
