Bemana is searching for a OFCI Sales Representative to join the team of a national energy and sustainability solutions company in Northern ATL.
The primary responsibility of this position is to identify, pursue and manage the business development process for OFCI projects consisting of medium voltage electrical equipment (wire/cable, fiberglass conduit, switch gear, transformer, substation electrical equipment). The position will manage all aspects of the sales process from opportunities identified to project orders received. You will work in a collaborative team environment alongside sales, project developers, project administration, consultants, and owners through the completion of the business development process. This role often involves technical sales, business development, and account management within industries like utilities, data centers, and industrial facilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Base salary of $120,000-140,000 +uncapped commission
· 3 weeks PTO
· 11 paid holidays

Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, in targeted industries.
· Technical Sales:Conducting technical sales calls to present the company's value proposition, often to decision-makers in data centers, utilities, and industrial settings.
· Account Management:Maintaining and growing relationships with established clients, managing their needs, and generating proposals.
· Sales Channel Development:Working with sales channels to generate leads, manage customer relationships, and close deals.
· Technical Expertise:Understanding electrical drawings, specifications, and codes to provide optimal solutions to clients.
· Product Demonstrations:Providing product demonstrations, presentations, and training seminars for clients.
· Site Visits:Attending site visits to assess conditions and develop scopes of work.
· Sales Pipeline Management: Building and maintaining a sales pipeline, tracking leads, and managing opportunities.
· Collaboration:Working with other teams (e.g., sales, engineering, manufacturing) to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, including medium voltage equipment and regulations.
· Sales Experience: Proven track record in technical sales, preferably with experience in the data center industry.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex technical and commercial problems.
· Travel: Ability to travel as needed to visit clients and attend industry events.
· CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems for managing customer data and sales activities.
