Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will:

• Utilize your expertise: Apply your knowledge of anatomy, neurology, pharmacology, and more to deliver top-notch patient care.
• Conduct thorough assessments: Perform physical examinations, collect clinical data, and diagnose medical conditions.
• Lead with confidence: Serve as a resource and team leader during clinical shifts, ensuring smooth patient processing and treatment.
• Mentor the next generation: Act as a mentor to new staff and physician assistant students, sharing your knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accurate records: Ensure detailed patient medical reports and effective billing practices.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Education: A Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Certifications: Current ACLS, BLS, ATLS, and BCLS certifications.
• Professionalism: A strong ability to project a professional image and earn the confidence of others.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Compliance: A commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance at all times.

Physical Demands

This role requires:

• Constant standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, and handling of patients and medical supplies.
• Occasional climbing, pushing, and pulling.
