Communications and Corporate Responsibility focuses on strengthening Amazon's reputation and trust with customers by educating the world about Amazon's products and services, and how we support employees, small businesses, partners, content creators, developers, the economy, the environment, and communities where we operate.
CCR works across major areas, such as Communications, Community Impact, and Sustainability.
Key job responsibilities •Recruit candidates through pro-active market research, assess them against top talent and Amazon's culture described in our leadership principles.
•Manage and prioritize searches to ensure well qualified and diverse talent pipelines are provided on-time, leveraging a range of metrics and key performance indicators to deliver results.
•Screen and attract top talent by assessing candidate skills, qualifications, and by guiding them throughout our hiring process, setting them up for success.
•Utilize best in class candidate engagement techniques and pre-closing strategies with candidates to build rapport and impact.
•Collaborate cross functionally and partner with fellow Full Life Cycle Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, and Recruiting Business Partners, to ensure that talent needs of customers are met.
•Create exceptional candidate experience, efficiently organize, effectively communicate, prioritize, push back when necessary, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being customer focused and collaborative.
•Meet/exceed key performance indicators (KPI), such as pipeline activity, conversion ratios, candidate experience, and cycle times.
Qualifications: - bachelors degree in any field
- minimum 5 years of experience in Communications/PR recruiting
- Software: LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms. Experience with ATS or CRM systems.
- Not looking for: Closing recruiters, low sourcing volume experience.
Core Responsibilities: - Proactively source and engage passive candidates through leveraging your networks, Boolean search techniques, and other creative sourcing methods
- Screen and assess candidates for fit against the role requirements and our high hiring bar
- Provide a exceptional candidate experience, efficiently managing candidates through the hiring process
- Partner closely with recruiting team members and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver on hiring goals
- Utilize data and metrics to measure sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve processes
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives to enhance the legal recruiting function
- Adhere to internal recruiting policies, processes, and SLAs
- Centralized tech sourcing/recruiting team for worldwide amazon stores.
