Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join our team in Hesperia. This role requires hands-on crane operation experience and a valid Class A CDL. You must be able to safely operate boom trucks and mobile cranes and be available for local work with short notice.
• Operate mobile cranes and boom truck cranes safely
• Drive trucks with trailers to and from job locations
• Load, secure and transport equipment
• Assist with maintenance and inspections on equipment
• Respond to dispatch quickly for scheduled and last-minute work
• Communicate professionally with the team and job sites
• Experience transporting cranes and heavy equipment
• Experience working in construction, rigging, or industrial environments
Valid NCCCO Crane Certification
• Valid Class A CDL
• Experience operating cranes and boom trucks
• Ability to work locally and respond quickly as needed
• Must live within reasonable distance of Hesperia and surrounding high desert areas
(Apple Valley, Victorville, Oak Hills, Phelan, etc.)
