Job Description The government requires Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) to assist in creating, maintaining, and enhancing the ability to produce accurate and timely all-source intelligence to satisfy I&W, SA, JIPOE, and TSA requirements for USSTRATCOM. The focus is on strategic deterrence and NC3 functional analysis against peer and near-peer adversaries (Russia, China, North Korea, Iran) as outlined in the National Defense Strategy. Analysts will conduct all-source intelligence analysis, establish relationships with IC analysts, and support visualization of operational pictures. Job Requirements/Required Skills Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI, NC2/ESI, SAP, and STO eligibility. May require passing a CI Polygraph. Minimum five (5) years supporting plans and JIPOE analysis, providing adversary threat assessments, and authoring strategic products for USSTRATCOM and IC. Experience preparing, briefing, and publishing complex all-source intelligence studies and assessments on adversary regional issues, military capabilities, and political analysis. Supporting near-term to long-term analysis for senior leadership and operational planning. Developing intelligence collection requirements and providing feedback to IC reporting. Supporting development and validation of Command and DoD planning documents, with insights into foreign strategic forces, policies, and technology. Providing analysis for Target Systems Analysis and target folder development for nuclear, kinetic, and non-kinetic efforts. Maintaining government databases and software, including visualization tools, for strategic intelligence analysis and briefings.
