The Rainier Center for Mental Health & Wellness is seeking experienced and compassionate Mental Health Counselors to join our dynamic team. As a hybrid, w-2, salaried position, you'll have the freedom to work from the comfort of your own space while providing invaluable support to clients in need.

About The Role:

As a provider at Rainier Center for Mental Health and Wellness we want you to prioritize the clinical work in order to provide our clients with the most effective treatment and care possible. In order to do so, we have teams dedicated to marketing and billing so you can focus on using your clinical skills to enhance the lives of our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Help individuals struggling with mental health get better and stay better by providing evidence based techniques.
• Manage your caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the EMR system.
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care to assist the clients and work on treatment goals.

Requirements:

• 40 hour work week - Complete 33 direct clinical hours weekly.
• Conduct individual, group, and couple/family psychotherapy utilizing evidence based techniques.
• Attend 1-2 hours of weekly individual and group supervision.
• A minimum of two evenings and two early mornings per week. No weekends.
• Complete all intake assessments, individual, family/couples, and group counseling progress notes within a timely manner.
• Complete treatment plans and discharge summaries within a timely manner.
• Managing your own Rainier Center email and responding to clients and colleagues in a timely manner.
