Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in managing all marketing channels including social media, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and the company website. This role involves designing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance lead generation, nurturing leads through the sales funnel, and driving conversions. The manager will leverage deep insights from analytics to refine strategies and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

We partner with educators to craft transformative texts and digital tools that engage students and foster successful communication and understanding across cultures.

Primary Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Overseeing the functional areas of the department, establishing best practices including managing Digital Marketing functions.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engage customers, and generate leads.
  • Craft and manage email marketing strategies to nurture leads effectively through the sales funnel.

Campaign Management:

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, SEO initiatives, and email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies.
  • Oversee the maintenance and content strategy for the company website ensuring consistent messaging across all digital platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze digital marketing analytics across all channels, including website traffic, PPC campaign results, email marketing metrics, and social media engagement.
  • Share insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance and marketing ROI

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with content, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all digital marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience in related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in managing PPC campaigns, SEO, email marketing, database management, and digital content strategies. (With at least 4 of those years of experience in a managerial role managing and developing a digital marketing team)
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, exhibit flexibility, prioritize, attend to detail, solve problems, make decisions, manage time, adapt to change, and remain calm and positive under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Proficient with marketing analytics tools, email marketing platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
