The Organizational Development Manager plans, develops, implements, and monitors the effectiveness of employee development and organization training programs. The manager acts as a liaison between Legacy of Hope and UAHSF Human Resources & Training departments through all aspects of recruiting, onboarding, retaining, and termination of Legacy of Hope employees. The manager oversees employee engagement initiatives and is responsible for reporting employee engagement information and works with Directors and Managers to develop action plans to increase engagement at the team level.
Position Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Degree in business, human resources, health care management, or related field required. 3-5 years experience working in human resources, training, or healthcare administration required.
Preferred: Experience in organ procurement industry.
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Required: None
Preferred: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
