Our client, a fast-growing company new to the US, is looking for a Bilingual in Mandarin Logistics Coordinator Supply Chain Coordinator | Distribution Coordinator (Mandarin/English) to manage and coordinate their logistics activities. This role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth process from receiving goods to their shipment, while maintaining efficient communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external logistics activities, ensuring timely transportation and delivery of goods.

  • Track and monitor shipments, adjusting transportation plans as needed.

  • Accurately receive incoming goods, verifying contents against packing lists and purchase orders.

  • Inspect goods for damage or defects, reporting discrepancies to the Warehouse/Logistics Manager.

  • Follow packaging and shipping procedures to ensure timely, accurate shipments.

  • Coordinate warehousing and inventory management, ensuring proper storage and safety of goods.

  • Collaborate with inventory, purchasing, and transportation departments to address inventory-related issues.

  • Participate in inventory audits, ensuring system records match actual inventory.

  • Communicate effectively with drivers and warehouse staff to resolve shipment issues.

  • Report logistics challenges and propose optimization solutions.

  • Maintain accurate logistics management systems, including transportation and inventory records.

  • Ensure the traceability of all transportation records, invoices, and receipts.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher.

  • Prior logistics experience preferred, with knowledge of transportation and warehouse management processes.

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

  • Proficiency in logistics management systems such as Microsoft Office, NetSuite, etc.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing facility setting with noise, varying temperatures, and dust exposure.

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

  • Ability to wear protective equipment such as hard hats and safety glasses.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 22.00 - 25.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
