• Call coverage only -- 8am start time
• Average 3 patient encounters per shift
• 20-minute call response time required
• 1:3 call ratio
• Average 8 phone consults
• General neurosurgery procedures -- adult patients
• Inpatient and outpatient rounding
• 1 - 2 admissions per shift
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
