Our Massage Therapists are earning a minimum of $30 per service hour (excluding gratuities) but are not limited to earning well over $50+
We have up to a. $2,000 sign-on bonus waiting for you!

Job Responsibilities:
Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Job Requirements:
State licensing laws and regulations.
Liability insurance ~ We offer ABMP paid through our company
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members! (We pay commissions for Deep Tissue, Pre-natal, and Oncology as specialty services)
Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
