Position Title:

Sugarista - Waxing Specialist / Esthetician / Sugarista

Position Overview:

Organic waxing (sugaring) is exceptional for its natural ingredients and safe for all skin types, especially sensitive skin.

We are looking for a hard-working & energetic professional to join our team! The perfect candidate must have very strong customer service and communication skills along with the ability to multi-task and keep a positive salon environment.

We offer sugaring, lash lifts, brow laminations, tinting, & facial services as well as a two-week intensive training program on getting the sugaring technique perfected before opening!

Core Responsibilities:

• A willingness to learn and be a team player.
• Greeting your client and explaining what their service entails.
• Make sure your room is always clean, before the start of your shift, during, and after your shift ends.
• Communicating with reception if there are any changes to client services or special requests.
• Knowledge of our product line in case one of our guests would like to purchase them.
• Knowledge of current discounts and packages they may want to ask you while they are in the room with you.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Understanding for people with sensitive skin who may need to be coached during their first experience.
• Knowledge of sugar paste is not required since we have our very own corporate trainer who will work with you every step of the way.
• Maintain OR state esthetic license and cleanliness of room and equipment per state requirements.

Salary:

• Base pay per hour.
• Tips & Commissions on products.
• Annual Bonus Potential.

Shift Options 

• Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 4PM (if you are unable to work this shift, please do not apply!)
• Shift assignment based on business needs at the time of hiring. Shift information will be provided during an introductory call with our management team.
