Role Overview:

As a Kronos Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in building API integrations and facilitating seamless communication between Kronos, SAP, and Oracle systems. You'll collaborate closely with SAP Key Users to understand requirements and ensure smooth integration processes. Effective communication skills will be key as you engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop API integrations from Kronos to SAP, ensuring efficient data flow.
Translate Kronos endpoints to Oracle into SAP-compatible formats.
Collaborate with SAP Key Users to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
Utilize your technical expertise to configure and customize Kronos modules and functionalities.
Leverage your understanding of HR and shop floor workforce management processes to drive improvements.
Showcase your proficiency in SAP PI/PO development, including mapping, routing, and adapter configuration.
Required Skills and Experience:

Experience: A minimum of 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years dedicated to Kronos development.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Kronos APIs, web services, and integration tools.
Integration Experience: Hands-on involvement in at least one project involving Kronos and SAP PI/PO.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, order management, and procurement.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability are essential. Leadership qualities, creativity, problem-solving abilities, organization, time management, empathy, and emotional intelligence will also be highly valued.
