Job Description:

• We seek an Expert/Senior Kronos Consultant with extensive experience in Kronos (UKG) and UltiPro (UKG Pro) for 3 to 6 Months (Remote contract opportunity with possible extension). The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in payroll migration support, specifically from Kronos to Workday, and experience in data retrieval for legacy UltiPro records. This is a critical role that requires immediate availability and a proven track record in handling complex payroll systems and data migrations

Responsibilities:

• Led the payroll migration process from Kronos to Workday, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Retrieve, analyze, and manage data from legacy UltiPro records for accurate migration and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the payroll migration process promptly.
• Document all processes and provide training/support as needed to ensure smooth transitions.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kronos Consultant with a strong background in both Kronos and UltiPro systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in payroll migration projects, particularly from Kronos to Workday.
• Strong understanding of data retrieval and management for legacy payroll systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
