Job Description What you will be doing: - Take ownership of the entire individual project life cycle, from inception to deployment and post-deployment support, for software development projects.
- Concurrently manage multiple projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Effectively manage project scope, issues, and risks.
- Deliver projects within time, budget, scope and quality.
- Manage all project and non-project processes that directly or indirectly impact delivery.
- Manage 3rd Party providers/technical teams (both internal and external to Playtech).
- Manage stakeholder/management expectations.
- Ensure project reporting are up to date, and project status and reporting are always accurately maintained.
- Conduct weekly project/program meetings to discuss project progress, risks, and issues with the relevant operators
- Be involved in pre-sales/concept stages of upcoming projects.
Qualifications What we are looking for: - PMP certification
- I-Gaming experience preferably
- Knowledge of project management best practices (3-5 yrs).
- Technical Background (Academic or recent experience) with a plus for online gaming experience or nearby areas.
- Recent hands-on Project Management/Delivery experience in a software development environment, with familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Monday.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- High standards of both written and oral communication.
- Appreciation of both waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies, and the ability to apply them appropriately.
- A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for learning and growth.
