Job Description

RADIX Construction Inc. is a full service commercial construction management general contracting and facilities service provider firm with architectural services based in Nampa Idaho. RADIX is knowledgeable and experienced in both traditional and alternative project delivery systems. The types of projects RADIX has experience in is traditional bid construction management designbuild and negotiated contracts for both private and public entities.

Youre going to be challenged each day with new and complex mission and delivery opportunities as you serve as the team lead for a major mission system.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with Project Planning: Helping to develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.

Coordinating Teams: Facilitating communication and collaboration between project team members subcontractors and other stakeholders.

Monitoring Progress: Tracking project progress and updating project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

Reporting: Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to senior project managers and stakeholders.

Budget Management: Assisting in managing project budgets including tracking expenses and identifying costsaving opportunities.

Document Management: Maintaining project documentation including contracts plans reports and correspondence.

Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies.

Quality Control: Ensuring that construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications.

Client Communication: Liaising with clients to provide project updates address concerns and gather feedback.

Resource Management: Assisting in the allocation and management of project resources including personnel equipment and materials.

Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the project team including scheduling meetings preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Change Management: Helping to manage project changes including scope schedule and budget adjustments.

Compliance: Ensuring that the project complies with all relevant regulations codes and standards.

Problem Solving: Assisting in identifying and resolving projectrelated issues and challenges.

Training and Development: Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance project management skills and knowledge.
