Our Offer :

  • Salary range is $65,000 to $75,000.

Objective

The Junior Project Manager supports various projects within the organization. Junior Project Manager will report directly to Senior Project Managers, assisting them with project scheduling, coordination, delivery and reporting. The Junior Project Manager will work within the software development, engineering and installation sectors. With experience, the Junior Project Managers will evolve into Senior Project Managers.

Scope of Duties & Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Overall responsibility for project safety, quality, schedule, resource planning, and budget
  • Develop and manage the project schedule and resource plan.
  • Ensure everyone on the installation team is fully compliant and knowledgeable of all safety practices and processes and take ownership of any safety issues.
  • Work with our customers to oversee the development and implementation of the project installation plan.
  • Conduct weekly project meetings. Participate with customer meetings.
  • Refer project escalation for on-site install project management regarding technical issues, scheduling issues, and resources.
  • Responsible to follow-up and assure delivery of as-built documentation and drawings to customer.
  • Accountable for communicating all issue resolutions relating to on-site activities.
  • Ensure everyone on the RROUSA installation team is fully compliant and knowledgeable of all safety practices and processes and take ownership of any safety issues.
  • Support the manager on all phases of the project from installation through final acceptance.
  • Provide any QC Checklists variance to the Customer Installation Project Manager on a real-time basis.
  • Monitor a continuous improvement plan and assist on a lesson learned work ethic to all on-site personnel to routinely document, communicate, and act on viable lessons learned throughout project.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • At least two years of experience in a related role.
  • Skills in manufacturing of mechanical parts, coating and assembly
  • Cleanroom experience is preferred in the semiconductor industry
  • German Speaking (bonus) - will work with fellow engineers based in Germany
  • Reliability, assertiveness, and decision-making skills
  • Strong skills in all Microsoft products including Project and experience using Vizio
  • Auto Cad experience
  • Very Good Communication skills
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time - Home base will be in Utica, New York

Fabmatics USA headquarters is in Utica, New York. This long-term project is based out of the Sacramento area
