Data Analyst
This is a contract opportunity located in Framingham, MA.

Join our team as a Data Analyst focused on enhancing Store Operations through Power BI dashboards. This role aims to streamline report efficiency and effectiveness, providing valuable support to our field and store teams. Dive into data to discover insights that impact operational and financial outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to gather data from multiple sources
• Identify new reporting opportunities and develop reports based on business needs
• Design reports and databases for optimized data visualization
• Train end users on report utilization and navigation
• Document report process flows for operational consistency
• Translate data insights to support operational and financial controls
• Engage in special projects and ad-hoc reporting as necessary
• Partner closely with business units to enhance data collection quality

Job Skills/Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis
• Proficient to advanced skills in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of the off-price model
• Familiarity with data warehousing and data lake architecture
• Experience in working with large datasets, utilizing business intelligence tools for data analysis

• Location requirement: On-site in Framingham, Massachusetts
