Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Job Duties:

• Create business process flows, workflow diagrams, user documentation and training for WMS
• Daily support to users, as needed
• Recommend controls, operational improvements and best practices after studying and evaluating system and business processes and functions
• Liaise between Business Process Owners, Implementation/Service Partners and Management
• Active role in each phase of System Development Lifecycle; Planning, System Analyses, System Design, Development, Implementation, Integration, Testing and Operations and Maintenance.
• Monitor project process by tracking milestones, phases, activities and publishing progress reports

Requirements:

• LOCAL candidates ONLY, located a commutable distance from Los Angeles
• Must have authorization to work in USA, no sponsorship available for this position
• This position is based in our corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, M-F
• Bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred
• Minimum of three years' relevant experience, analyzing system requirements and providing documentation
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle ERP, Analysis
• Good Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Excellent Problem Solving
• Troubleshooting and error isolation skills
• Attention to Detail
• Change Management
• Time Management
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good working relationships
