We are seeking a detail-oriented Polisher to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing and polishing products to ensure they meet quality standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail ad the ability to work efficiently in a studio environment. The Polisher will utilize various hand and power tools to achieve the desired finish on products contributing to our overall production goals.

Duties:

• Operate hand tools to polish and finish products.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specifications.
• Assemble and fabricate components as needed during the polishing process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and tools.
• Assist in studio tasks as required, including moving materials and inventory.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a jewelry factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus, with familiarity using jewelry hand tools and power tools.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $15-$20 per hour

Expected hours: 24 hours per week

Schedule: 8 hour shifts
