Job Description

Our client is a leading MM Investment Bank, and they are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join their Healthcare M&A team in New York. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions across various healthcare verticals, including biotech, pharma, medical devices, and healthcare services.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, trading comps), and modeling to support deal execution and client presentations.
  • Prepare pitch books, management presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and interact directly with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor and manage analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering team development.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting the healthcare sector.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with exposure to M&A and/or healthcare transactions.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required
