We’re hiring Maintenance Technicians for a fast-paced, safety-driven manufacturing facility in Chandler, AZ. If you’ve got solid hands-on experience and can jump into a role with minimal training, this team wants you on board.

Maintenance Technician Duties:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
• Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks
• Operate, repair, and maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, and other mechanical systems
• Conduct major electrical repairs, including work on 3-phase systems, PLCs, and high-voltage circuits
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lock-out/tag-out practices
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams for installations and repairs
• Support with plumbing, carpentry, and general facility upkeep
• Assist other departments as needed and support continuous improvement initiatives
Schedule:
• 1st and 2nds shift available with various hours
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour/ DOE
• Shift differentials may apply
• Overtime available
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical/Associate ’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in maintenance or technical roles in a manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems
• Able to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and follow SOPs
• Must be able to pass a respirator fit test
• Must be flexible and willing to assist in various departments when needed
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
