What you'll be doing day to day

• Contribute to a seamless customer experience with a safe and efficient in-store logistics process.
• Secure product availability with the highest quality at the lowest cost, in a safe, sustainable and healthy work environment.
• Secure the right balance of inbound and outbound volume, by considering space, equipment and people, to maximize efficient retail store logistics operations.
• Manage daily flow operation through quality of products, merchandising and stock accuracy.
• Ensure your team of goods flow co-workers have the knowledge and empowerment to secure goods availability and enable the customer order fulfillment process.
• Contribute to and follow up on the retail store logistics action plan.
• Contribute to long-term profitability goals in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
• Promote health and safety in goods handling.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience leading a team, preferably in a retail warehouse environment.
• Experience managing budgets and goals.
• Contributing to a seamless customer experience with a safe and efficient in-store logistics process. See responsibilities above for specifics.

The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from 23.61 USD to 33.67 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
