Position requires knowledge of import/export logistics, international freight forwarding, and use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule or Schedule B commodity codes. Responsibilities include creating Proforma Invoices, classifying commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B, maintaining updated FDA and other agency data, managing NAFTA Certificates of Origin, filing Shipper’s Export Declarations, maintaining inbound/outbound shipment logs and filing systems, shipment tracking and follow-up, logistics coordination/assistance, compliance/audit, and auditing customs brokerage invoices.
