Qualifications: - Senior in High School or High School Graduate, pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited program.
- Preference given to Human Resource Management majors.
Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, application screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to engage potential candidates.
- Aid in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies.
- Utilize computer systems for various HR tasks including ATS management, data entry, and communication.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and the public via telephone, email, or in person.
- Participate in organizing and delivering training programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases with confidentiality.
- Engage in diversity and inclusion projects.
- Assist in evaluating and improving HR policies and practices.
- Gain exposure to various HR software tools and platforms.
Interns in the Human Resources department are permitted to work a maximum of 20 hours weekly, with the typical workload averaging 4-5 hours per day. Payment is facilitated either through paper checks or electronic transfers. Hourly compensation is contingent upon the prevailing state minimum wage and is susceptible to alterations accordingly.
