Position Summary:

We seek a proactive and experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to support a high-volume manufacturing facility. In this role, you will work alongside the Senior HR Manager, HR Coordinator, and HR Specialist to address employee relations matters, support union interactions, and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, union experience, and the ability to manage complex employee situations calmly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR leadership to address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage union-related matters, including handling grievances and ensuring consistent application of the collective bargaining agreement.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and feedback; mediate conflict and provide resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with site leadership to implement HR best practices and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain employee records and assist with reporting as needed.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written communication)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in union interaction and grievance management
• Proven experience in employee relations, engagement, and investigations
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and calm
