Key Responsibilities • Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, resume review, and interview scheduling. • Prepare onboarding paperwork and conduct new hire orientations. • Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy in systems. • Support benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiries. • Assist with timekeeping and payroll processing support as needed. • Coordinate training sessions, performance review tracking, and compliance reporting. • Provide general HR administrative support, including filing and correspondence. Core Competencies • 1-3 years of human resources or administrative support experience. • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, or Paycor preferred). • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a dynamic work environment.
