Preferred Qualifications: • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
