Pay Range:$27-$34/hr

Responsibilities:

• Teach Biology Iand Anatomy/Physiology classes to high school students.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to acmodate diverse learning styles.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Incorporate hands-on laboratory activities and real-world applications to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and interdisciplinary science curriculum.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and maintain open munication with students and parents regarding academic progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• State teaching certification in Science (Biology) or eligibility for certification.
• Previous experience teaching high school Biology and Anatomy/Physiology.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and innovative teaching practices.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for creating a positive and dynamic learning environment.
