**Job Summary and Responsibilities** + Build a new Academic Division of Hematology Oncology + Start a Hematology/Oncology Fellowship + Recruit new faculty to the program + .1 FTE Academic/Chief; .2 FTE Medical Director; .7 FTE Clinical + 0.25 FTE for Program Director role for candidate or to be recruited into **Job Requirements** American BC **Where You'll Work** **CHI Health Clinic** and **Creighton University** are seeking Academic **Hematology/Oncology** **Division Chief.** This is a full time employed position offering **Faculty appointment** with Creighton University and the opportunity to build a new fellowship program. The ideal candidate will provide patients and their families with access to the latest treatments and resources in a compassionate manner. **As the Division Chief:** + Build a new Academic Division of Hematology Oncology + Start a Hematology/Oncology Fellowship; Program Director will have additional dedicated academic FTE + Recruit new faculty to the program + .1 FTE Academic/Chief; .2 FTE Medical Director; .7 FTE Clinical + Possible opportunities for involvement with the Hereditary Cancer Center + Faculty appointment with Creighton University School of Medicine + Participate in Clinical Trials and Research + Partner with Radiation Oncology + Participate in weekly tumor board + Comprehensive patient and family resources including genetics + Large established Employed Primary Care referral base **Qualifications:** + Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology with a minimum of 7 years experience post fellowship. + Current rank of Associate Professor or higher + Experienced with research and fellowship education + Board Certified in Internal Medicine + Ability to obtain Nebraska License **To learn more contact:** **Bill Payson** Physician Recruiter CHI Health/Creighton University **Pay Range** $225.00 - $325.00 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
