Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team within the Financial Services domain. As a Junior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of financial products with a strong focus on API and payment solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver best-in-class product experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development:

• Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap within the Financial Services domain, particularly for payments and API solutions.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Collaborate with senior product managers to establish clear product goals and align them with business objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope.
• Provide clear communication of product requirements and priorities across teams.
• Assist in managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business needs.

Metrics & Reporting:

• Track product performance through KPIs and metrics, including API performance, customer satisfaction, and credit card product uptake.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate product progress and success.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within Financial Services or a related domain.
• Proven experience working with REST APIs and understanding their application within the product ecosystem.
• Exposure to payment product management and payment processing systems is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate customer needs and business goals into product requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product management platforms is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of API concepts, API documentation, and integration processes.
• Experience with credit card systems, payment gateways, fraud detection, and financial regulations is an advantage.
