Essential Functions:

• Support all areas of design from project execution to completion, while ensuring the accuracy of all content
• Develop impactful graphics that communicate the company brand and product message (print and digital)
• Know target audience and material to create effective design layout
• Experience developing company logos, brochures, website graphics, social media graphics, postcards, circulars, video, and more (print and digital) while effectively communicating company brand
• Experience adjusting color and resolution on photos to be used for website, social media, video, and print
• Work collaboratively with marketing team on projects
• Maintain cutting edge of new design and social trends, while creatively expressing these concepts to the team

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
• 2-3 years experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Design Software Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Must be social media savvy FB, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Knowledge of WordPress web platform
• Knowledge of print and video production
• Fluency in English, both written and oral
• Deadline oriented with strong time management skills
• Detailed oriented and ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, based on the needs of the department

Work Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer monitor
• Regular physical activity required, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and grasping
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs. consistently and 25 lbs. occasionally
• Fine motor skills requirements including keyboarding, using a computer mouse, and writing

• Mostly indoor with AC, but additional indoor activities include non-air conditioning with temperatures can reach and exceed 95 degrees and winter conditions
