We are seeking a qualified General Motors Service Manager to join our team and provide exceptional leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the GM service department, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
• Manage and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors to achieve department goals.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate service scheduling, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with GM standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Manage inventory, parts ordering, and warranty processing.

Qualifications:
