Job Description

Job Summary: Our client in Wenona is looking for motivated individuals to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for placing inspected cookies into the correct tray or container on the designated production line. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet our quality standards before they're shipped out.

• Full time hours
• Pay Rate $17.70-22.21
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available
• Temp to hire based on performance
• Opportunity to learn new skills and advancement
• Opportunity for overtime

• Receive finished products from Over Operations or Fugi Machine Operators
• Count, inspect, and pack the correct number of finished products into approved trays or conveyor slots for shipping
• Rotate positions with other packing staff as directed
• Maintain a clean work area and assist with sanitation as needed
• Follow GMPs and the HACCP program
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management Personnel

• Knowledgeable in GMPs and HACCP
• Basic math skills for calculating quantities of finished goods
• Good verbal communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Team player, flexible, and adaptable
• Willingness to accept various job assignments
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted and stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to prioritize work schedule
• Good hand/eye coordination desirable
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments
• Understanding and adherence to safety policies and procedures

• Must be 18 years of age
• Be able to pass a drug test and background check
• Work as a team
