Location: Must live within a 30 minute drive to Pittsburgh Position Type: Full-Time - We are NOT looking for sub-contractors Wage: $27-$32/hr We Want YOU on Our Team If You Have Experience In: Carpentry Trim Carpenter Painting Tile Installation Restoration Plumbing Kitchen/Bath Remodeling General Contracting Qualifications and Requirements: Must have 5 years relevant work experience Must have driver's licenses and own vehicle Ability to complete projects on-time Excellent communication and team-building skills Strong work-ethic and willingness to learn High School Diploma or GED Job Responsibilities: Contractor/carpenter must be able to work from ladders/scaffolding and lift over 50 lbs. Contractor/carpenter must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor Carpenter/contractor possess required tools that include but are not limited to: tool box, tool belt, hammer, tape measure, regular & Phillips-head screwdrivers, pliers, etc. Must understand and exhibit experience in the following remodeling areas: electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, drywall, and tile work Carpenter tasks that include installing cabinets, hanging doors, and framing rooms Plumber tasks include installing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and faucets Complete drywall finishing needs for new and existing drywall installations Maintain clean and safe work area Follow all safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned by manager Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Paid Vacations Paid National Holidays Bonuses 401k
