St. Paul Saints Baseball Club
Full-Time Summer Intern

Description:
The full-time summer internship will provide you with a tremendous understanding of all areas of a minor-league baseball operation as you assist with the execution of the Saints' 34th season, and 6th as the triple-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins. The summer seasonal interns receive experience in the areas listed below. While there is no guarantee that an internship will be available within your specific area of interest, you will have the opportunity to learn about all of these areas of the operation:
• Corporate Sales
• Group & Hospitality Sales
• Ticket Operations - Business Analytics
• Promotions/Marketing
• Special Events
• Fan Services/Community Relations
• Social Media
• Youth Sports

The Saints also offer more specialized internships in video editing/content creation and merchandise departments which are posted separately.

*Please note: The St. Paul Saints do not offer any internships in player development, scouting, player operations, athletic training, baseball analytics or anything else related to the baseball activities of the organization.

Qualifications Required:
• Applicant must be a college Junior, Senior or recently graduated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to quickly build rapport with fans and assess their needs
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Applicants must not have another internship or job and payment is available if certain requirements are met.

Time Commitment: March 23, 2026 through September 18th, 2026. If candidates are still enrolled in school, hours will be flexible during school months. Once the school year has concluded, interns are expected to work full time.
