**Job Description:**
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Boutique Beauty Consultant to join us as a brand ambassador. In this role, you will passionately represent our values and provide exceptional service that creates unforgettable experiences for our clients. As part of our team, you will play a key role in achieving sales and client development targets while enhancing the brand's image.
**Main Responsibilities:**
**Selling:**
- Engage in both in-store and remote selling activities, serving as a personal shopper for our clients.
- Meet clients' needs by delivering a memorable shopping experience, following our D.I.O.R. service standards:
- Display exceptional hospitality by welcoming customers warmly, whether they are visiting in-store or encountering us through outreach.
- Build authentic connections by understanding clients' needs through engaging conversations.
- Present and demonstrate personalized product offerings, including makeup, fragrance, and skincare, ensuring the right services are delivered effectively.
- Communicate our brand's rich storytelling and provide clients with insights and education about our products.
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets while actively monitoring your performance against goals.
- Stay informed about our brand, products, and competitive landscape.
**Client Experience & Management:**
- Cultivate lasting relationships with both existing and new clients, whether in-store or remotely, through genuine interactions.
- Utilize our digital tools to register client information, drive engagement, and foster loyalty.
- Meet established targets in client recruitment and outreach efforts.
- Enhance customer relationships through personalized services, omnichannel offerings, and tailored sampling experiences.
**Boutique Operations:**
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and hygienic boutique environment.
- Support merchandising guidelines and inventory management processes.
- Assist with cash register operations and closing daily revenue accounts.
- Complete all operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere and participate in all training programs.
- Adhere to grooming standards and wear the designated uniform impeccably.
- Ensure the safe handling and movement of merchandise.
**Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven success in achieving sales and profitability goals.
- Familiarity with makeup, fragrance, and skincare sales, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
- Comfortable and proficient with digital systems and operational POS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and client tracking tools.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of $27-$30/hour based on market standards. However, we retain the discretion to adjust compensation according to individual expertise, performance, and tenure.
